Liverpool FC Women trio Taylor Hinds, Cornelia Kapocs and Hannah Silcock meet with Reds legend Robbie Fowler in the latest editions of 'Backyard Dreams'.

Across three new instalments of the series, which is presented by official lawn care partner Husqvarna, the players speak candidly with Fowler at the AXA Melwood Training Centre about a range of topics, including their earliest ambitions in the game of football.

Silcock - who came through the club's academy - explains it was always her target to play for her favourite team from a young age.

"I pretty much planned to always try to play for Liverpool, I think," she says with a laugh. "That's everyone's dream growing up. You want to play for the team you support.

"As a kid in my back garden [I was] trying to be [Philippe] Coutinho and [Virgil] van Dijk. I'm a little bit young for [Steven] Gerrard.

"I do remember Gerrard, but the main one for me growing up was Coutinho. He was a little magician and that type of thing when you're a kid, seeing the goals that he was scoring, that's what you want to do. He was great to watch.

"My dad is a big Liverpool fan. The first shirt I wore when I was a little baby straight out the womb was a Liverpool top, so I was always going to be a Liverpool fan."

Hinds, meanwhile, discusses wearing the captain's armband for the team and reflects on recently leading out Liverpool at Anfield.

"[It was] a surreal moment," she says. "Sometimes you can't put into words what things go like, but just walking out, and obviously when everyone is singing You'll Never Walk Alone as well, it gives me the chills.

"It's something different. When you step onto a football pitch all your worries just go away. My mind is free, and I think that's why I love it so much, I can just switch off and then I really enjoy it."

Kapocs is also quizzed on her aspirations as a youngster growing up in Sweden.

She states: "[It was] obviously to become a professional and play outside of Sweden and for the national team. I have three brothers and my two older brothers play football and my dad and my grandad also played. I had my dad as my coach."

On when she fell in love with the feeling of scoring goals, striker Kapocs adds: "I think very early. It's the best feeling. The feelings after and celebrating with your team is just the best."
